WHAT SIZES DOES THIS TENT COME IN?
Our standard size is 12’ x 10.’ Please reach out to us to inquire about custom dimensions for the tent and rainfly.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THIS TENT?
With 2-3 people assisting with the install, set up typically takes between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of your Voyager tent.
HOW LONG WILL THIS TENT LAST?
The longevity of the tent is always dependent on weather conditions and the level of care, but in general, the Voyager Tent was designed to last several years.
DOES IT COME WITH A PLATFORM?
A platform must be purchased or built separately. Your cottage requires a raised platform to sit on, as the ratchet for the tension straps needs to be under the platform for your fabric to be taut.

CAN I ADD AN EXTENDED RAIN FLY?
Yes, you can choose to extend your rain fly to provide additional coverage in front of or behind your tent.
HOW CAN I KEEP MY GUESTS COOL IN THIS TENT?
The tent is very breathable and allows air to flow in when the windows are open. You may also place a fan or a code-compliant air conditioning unit in the tent, if necessary.
DO I NEED TO TAKE THIS TENT DOWN DURING THE OFF-SEASON?
Depending on the severity of the weather conditions in your area, we do recommend taking down the Voyager Tent during the off-season or whenever it will not be used for several months. This helps extend the life of the tent and keeps it cleaner.
IS THE MATERIAL MOLD-RESISTANT AND FLAME RESISTANT?
The Voyager Tent Fabric is made of 100% Cotton Army Duck, water repellant, mildew Resistant and flame-resistant material. Our Rainfly Fabric is 14oz. Vinyl Coated Polyester and is waterproof, flame retardant (NFPA-701 compliant) and has welded seams and reinforced edging.
