Luxury Yurts on the Columbia River Gorge
Cave B Estate Winery opened in the early '80s, being one of the first wineries/resorts to open in Washington State. The section of the property containing the resort was renamed by the new owners towards the end of 2020 and is now known as SageCliffe Resort & Spa.
SageCliffe continues to preserve the incredible aesthetics of this property and a luxurious resort experience. The isolated property consists of the Inn, the Cave B vineyards, the tasting room, a Spa, and a locally renowned restaurant. Now, visitors travel to great lengths to bask in the breathtaking view of the Columbia River Gorge.
In the early '80s, Cave B was searching for a unique glamping experience to provide their guests. These yurts were designed to take advantage of the outstanding views from the winery. To this day, the architectural elements of the yurt fit perfectly into the natural beauty of this destination. The Columbia River Gorge provides spectacular views of Washington State's magnificent rolling hills and waterfalls. This resort reached out to Rainier Outdoor to collaborate on a glamping location that would match the aesthetics of their delightful venue.
The 25 yurts are located adjacent to Cave B Estate Winery, an award-winning winery in the Columbia Valley region. They offer a rustic take on the luxury resort and spa experience. The property overlooks the Columbia River and the popular Gorge Amphitheater, which offers a wide range of concerts throughout the summer. Each 18-foot Eagle Yurt has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a shower, WiFi, and an outdoor seating area. Talk about the perfect glamping experience!
