You and Yurt and Financing
Many people have questions about yurt financing, so I did a little research, and here is the answer:
Yes, but ONLY if you are a business!
Business-to-business financing is available in all 50 states if you are using your yurt as a commercial business location. For example, if your business is a yoga studio, hair salon, art gallery, massage retreat, or holistic venue … then you have a good chance if you have decent credit.
If you are a private homeowner, I suggest that you talk to your local credit union or banker and find out about a personal line of credit, using the yurt itself as collateral.
I have recently had conversations with two companies that will finance business-to-business yurt loans.
